How your package works after receiving the download: 

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭 - To start, enter your revenue or expense transaction in the specific month you're working in. This data will then be automatically populated into the "profit & loss statement" tab AND the "overview tab". (after selecting the desired month to review)

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮 - This data will then be populated to the "profit & loss statement" (AKA Income Statement) where you can visualize your revenues, cost of goods sold, and all entered expenses. You don't need to touch anything in this sheet, it is fully coded, mapped and ready to use "AS-IS". I cannot troubleshoot any programming issues after any changes have been made to any functions, formulas, coding, mapping and/or macros.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯 - THE OVERVIEW TAB - Used to provide a summary of the selected month's revenues & expenses. On this tab, you will also see a pie-chart interpreting the summary data visually. 

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 4 - THE INCOME & EXPENSES CHART OF ACCOUNTS TAB - Here's the Chart of Accounts sheet that you can utilize to change your categories. However, there's a lot of formulas in this spreadsheet, so please make changes directly to the existing cells. If cells need to be added please reach out to me for a customized package at an additional charge. If you add categories and do not add the hidden formulas, it may not display your data properly. So any changes must be reviewed before proceeding to the next step to avoid the inability to reverse unwanted changes.
